Game Mechanics

• Armentiéres is a vertical platformer with wall jumping as its main mechanic.
• Press or hold down spacebar while using movement keys to jump off vertical surfaces.
• Avoid artillery shells, barbed wire and the creeping mustard gas from below.
• The scroll on your back represents one of your two health points. Should you lose the scroll, you will get a slim opportunity to regain it as it falls from above.
• Short tutorial included and recommended to get a feel for the wall jumping mechanics.
• Single level game.

Controls

• 'A' & 'D' to move
• Spacebar to jump
• 'R' to respawn/restart
